A person should remember to drink plenty of fluids when it is 75-80 degrees & is taking part in a 75 mile mountain bike race with 6500 ft of climbing!!!!
30 miles into the "Unnamed Epic" I hit a huge ass wall that did not treat me very well. No strength--No energy--No anything to speak of. I kept going trying to drink fluids & take electrolyte pills I started to feel good about the 68 mile mark----yyyyeeeaaaaaaa!!
Tuesday = 1:07 of riding time & 21.5 miles (moving out)
Wednesday = 28 miles in the hills of Afton & Lk Elmo
