Went to Afton Alps for the 1st time this year on Sunday (5/25)& the course is still as brutal as ever. Many of the MNSCS races are at ski locations so a person has to expect that you will be going up and down alot with little time to recover--Thats why the MN series has not been nearly as successful as the WORS series. That being said I need to hit the hills for training if I am going to survive!!
