On Saturday I picked up Lori & headed to the "Wooly" ----A small race in St Croix Falls, WI
Good Times had by all & I found out that I need to do more high intence riding going forward if I want to finish the LT100 in early August. I suffered a bit during the race because of the heat--goose bumps during a race are never good!!
