Wheels go Round & Round

Met at Snail Lake on Saturday morning to take part in a long ride that I knew was going to be a race instead of a ride. The first 28 miles was a walk in the park because we were a big group & also going with the wind. Leaving Scandia, MN though was a different story because I was in the mens room when the group of 20(+) left. It took me 12 miles to catch them but, when I did it was the base of a 1-mile long hill!!! I made it up the hill but, could not stay/catch the group. So a couple of us rode the next 21 miles back to Snail Lake.

John W borrowed his Tandem to us & after spending a day up north at a cabin we needed to sweat a little so we (Pam & Myself) went on a 20(+) miler--Good Times!!
