After leaving Pagosa Springs, CO on Friday at about 1pm and driving into Ogalla, Nebraska and falling down til morning, Jan, Charlie, Pam, and myself were on the road again and finally got home at 10pm--OUCH! I woke at 9am and went to the MNSCS race in River Falls to atleast sweat the 2-days of driving out of me. The first lap I flew up the first hill but I paid the price because my HR meter was "Red Lining" I settled in and started to pass peeps back by the third lap--I guess I should have done more of a warm-up!! All the uphills were in single track so by the time I could pass peeps it was in a open double track and everyonr is going fast there.
