There were talks going on that this young kid could be a long time winner of the Tour 'de France----No More
Went to Afton Alps and pushed out 5 intervals up the "Man=Handler" as Pam and the dogs ran around on the trails/hills. It felt good but , I was worn-out from playing B-Ball that day also
