The graph above shows where my heart rate was duing the Afton race on Sunday--Brutal!!!
I knew it would as it is always a tough race so I was going to take it easy--Right. Atleast until the 1st hill. I dwnloaded my Garmin info. and also saw that 43% was decending & 47% was spent ascending during the race the rest was flat.
