This course was perfect for the 1st race of the MN series because it is basically a road race on dirt. Since it is basically 90% "Conga-Line" racing with very little room to pass because of the speed and single file racing. I needed to be the 1st to get into the woods not wanting to be stuck behind anyone. On the 2nd lap I caught up to the wave ahead of me and I ended up coasting down the trail--When the trail opened up I tried to pass some racers but, another guy had the same idea and I just about went down!! On the third lap I passed a couple of guys and was hitting it hard when I came up to this puddle which I got through great the first two laps but, after taking the same part of the puddle my front wheel stuck in something under the "stew" and I went over my bars and bent my front derailer lever so I spun like a dog for the next mile--13 OA and 2nd in AGE
Cable Classic is next
